How do I become a member of the Loyalty Program?
Create an account on our website and you will become a member at the same time. If you already have an account this will be done for you and the tier you are in should now show on your profile.
How do I earn points for the Loyalty Program?
Shop on our website for new additions to your wardrobe whilst being logged in to your account and the points will be added to your balance after 30 days from your purchase.
Why did I not receive Loyalty Points for my last purchase?
It takes 30 days to receive your points and in case of a refund the points will be deducted from your balance. Additionally, please make sure to use the right email address as the points for your purchase will be connected to this email.
